Mialos is an independent app studio based in the Netherlands. We develop and operate mobile and web applications, including De Horeca Helper and Brickd.

App-specific data: data you enter within the app (e.g., HACCP records, recipes, personnel data in De Horeca Helper).

Our website and apps do not use tracking cookies. We may use functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service. These do not require consent under applicable law.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure hosting, and regular security assessments.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
