1. Wie zijn wij

Mialos is een onafhankelijke app studio gevestigd in Nederland. Wij ontwikkelen en beheren mobiele en webapplicaties, waaronder De Horeca Helper en Brickd.

2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij

Afhankelijk van de app die je gebruikt, kunnen wij de volgende gegevens verzamelen:

• Accountgegevens: naam, e-mailadres en wachtwoord (versleuteld) wanneer je een account aanmaakt.
• Gebruiksgegevens: informatie over hoe je de app gebruikt, zoals gebruikte functies en sessieduur, om onze diensten te verbeteren.
• App-specifieke gegevens: gegevens die je in de app invoert (bijv. HACCP-registraties, recepten, personeelsgegevens in De Horeca Helper).
• Apparaatgegevens: apparaattype, besturingssysteemversie en appversie voor probleemoplossing en compatibiliteit.

3. Waarom verzamelen wij gegevens

Wij verzamelen en verwerken je gegevens uitsluitend voor de volgende doeleinden:

• Om de functionaliteit van onze apps te bieden en te onderhouden.
• Om je account te verifiëren en je gegevens te beveiligen.
• Om onze producten en gebruikerservaring te verbeteren.
• Om klantenservice te bieden.
• Om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.

4. Gegevens delen

Wij verkopen, verhandelen of verhuren je persoonsgegevens niet aan derden. Wij delen gegevens alleen in de volgende gevallen:

• Met dienstverleners die ons helpen bij het beheren van onze apps (bijv. hosting, analytics), onder strikte verwerkersovereenkomsten.
• Wanneer de wet dit vereist of om onze wettelijke rechten te beschermen.

5. Bewaartermijn

Wij bewaren je persoonsgegevens zolang je account actief is of zolang nodig om onze diensten te leveren. Als je je account verwijdert, verwijderen wij je persoonsgegevens binnen 30 dagen, tenzij we wettelijk verplicht zijn deze langer te bewaren.

6. Jouw rechten (AVG/GDPR)

Op grond van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) heb je de volgende rechten:

• Recht op inzage: je kunt een kopie opvragen van de persoonsgegevens die wij van je hebben.
• Recht op rectificatie: je kunt ons vragen onjuiste gegevens te corrigeren.
• Recht op verwijdering: je kunt verzoeken dat wij je persoonsgegevens verwijderen.
• Recht op beperking: je kunt ons vragen de verwerking van je gegevens te beperken.
• Recht op overdraagbaarheid: je kunt je gegevens opvragen in een gestructureerd, gangbaar formaat.
• Recht van bezwaar: je kunt bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking van je persoonsgegevens.

Om een van deze rechten uit te oefenen, neem contact met ons op via privacy@mialos.com. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen op je verzoek.

Je hebt ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens op autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

7. Cookies

Onze website en apps gebruiken geen tracking cookies. Wij kunnen functionele cookies gebruiken die strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van de dienst. Deze vereisen geen toestemming onder de toepasselijke wetgeving.

8. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, wijziging, openbaarmaking of vernietiging. Dit omvat encryptie, beveiligde hosting en regelmatige beveiligingsbeoordelingen.

9. Privacy van kinderen

Onze apps zijn niet gericht op kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar. Wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen. Als wij ontdekken dat we onbedoeld gegevens van een kind hebben verzameld, verwijderen wij deze onmiddellijk.

10. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

Wij kunnen dit Privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Wij stellen je op de hoogte van belangrijke wijzigingen via onze apps of per e-mail. De datum bovenaan deze pagina geeft aan wanneer dit beleid voor het laatst is herzien.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure hosting, and regular security assessments.

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
