By accessing or using any application or service provided by Mialos ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to De Horeca Helper and Brickd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Mialos develops and operates mobile and web applications. Our services are provided "as is" and are subject to change, update, or discontinuation at our discretion without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Mialos and are protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws.

6. Availability

We strive to keep our services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Mialos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Mialos shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our apps or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
